Dependents Access

You can invite your dependents to have full premium access to Intellect directly through your account.

Go to the Profile tab > Settings > Add Dependents. They will then receive an email with a registration link to create a personal account and enjoy the premium services.

An eligible dependent is a permanent household family member of an eligible employee, and must permanently reside at the same address as the employee.

A dependent is considered a minor if he/she is a child from the ages of 12 and 18-21 years old (depending on the legal age in each region).

You will be kept updated for activities regarding your child. You are required to join the first coaching or clinical session your child has with Intellect. The intention is for the provider to get to know you in case risk is identified and the provider needs to get in touch with you. You may be required to attend subsequent sessions if requested by provider.

Critical Incident Support

In the event your team experiences a critical or traumatic incident, reach out to Intellect and our team will provide the right support to help your team cope with traumatic experiences and process the incident healthily.

Critical Incident Support by Intellect includes multiple levels of support to managers and team members to cope with traumatic experiences at the workplace. The goal is to help the team process the critical incident healthily and bounce back as soon as possible.

Critical incidents are sudden and unexpected, and oftentimes sufficiently disturbing to overwhelm a person’s coping capacity. These are some examples of critical incidents in the workplace:

  • ✔︎ Co-worker passed away
  • ✔︎ Workplace accident
  • ✔︎ Security threat
  • ✔︎ Physical assaults
  • ✔︎ Sexual harassment
  • ✔︎ Workplace bullying
  1. Reach out to Intellect by filling in this request form: https://shorturl.at/dlnRU
  2. Intellect will get in touch within 1x working day to assess and recommend the best level of support.
  3. Intellect will coordinate for the support to be delivered by experienced Counsellors & Clinical Psychologists
A critical incident can adversely impact the team’s physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing.  Professional support can reduce the negative impacts by helping the team understand their reaction to the incident and process the traumatic experience healthily to prevent possible serious long-term effects, as well as to look out for severe symptoms to be referred for further help.

It is important to take note that critical incidents can affect team members who are directly and indirectly involved.
